We have different fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, and Mexico . After your order is complete, it takes us 0-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from another fulfillment center where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.
We use Fullfillment By FBA, USPS, UPS or Fedex to ship our order based on your location and available inventory.
Our shipping time: 3-12 business days.

Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be fully updated on the post office system. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package rather than the tracking number status.
Wrong address

We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped.
