After your order is complete, it takes us 0-3 business days to process your order and get it ready for the shipping center. If there is a lack of inventory from your nearest location, we will ship your order from another fulfillment center where we stock a large quantity and style of the products.

Tracking
Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours to update the post office system for the tracking number to be full. Please note that your order is actually on the way and there is no delay of the package but the tracking number status.
Wrong address
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your respective shipping carrier. We are only able to cancel orders within the first 12 hours after the order is placed. After that the order has most likely been processed and is preparing for shipment or has been shipped. Once this takes effect, it's out of our hands. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your orders out as fast as possible.

If there’s something wrong with your order (defective product, incorrect order, damaged order etc.), please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order and we’ll be happy to assist you reviewing the case and if it is approved we will be sending a replacement. Please do not return anything before we review the case, our customer service team will review the request and will send further instructions. SPIEZ reserves the right to deny any return request.
